Shipping

Orders are usually processed on Thursdays unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping time. Expect delays during peak periods.

Processing time excludes delivery & shipping times.

Orders placed via our website will only ship within Singapore (excl. restricted locations). For international shipping enquiries, please contact us.

Once shipped, orders will be under the care of our delivery partners. We will only be able to access the same tracking information that you receive via email.

Returns & exchanges are accepted for wrong variant / item(s) received. Change-of-mind requests will only be accepted if the order has not been shipped.

Minor imperfections are not covered due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
